Underwhelming stay. Not worth the price
loud staff ski room issues
The hotel's location was great. Its proximity to the savoy beginners slopes was convenient.
I had high hopes, but i was disappointed. my room overlooked the staff block, and the first night staff were loud until 4am. the ski boot room lacked seating and i had to ask staff to open it each day. This was like a glorified youth hostel.

amazing stay, vibrant atmosphere!
unique design friendly staff comfortable room
the hotel's design is so unique , i loved it! the staff is super friendly and very efficient , i found them always ready to help. rooms were clean and quite comfortable. i really enjoyed using the pool, it had such a good temperature.
i noticed the phone in the room didn't seem to work properly , but i used my mobile.

the room featured a comfortable king-size bed with crisp linens, two bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious wardrobe. there was a flat-screen television with international channels, along with a mini-fridge stocked with refreshments.

the hotel is near numerous dining options , including traditional restaurants and cozy cafes. public transport is easily accessible , a bus stop is right outside. a local market is a short walk away , offering fresh produce and local goods.

the location was excellent for nearby facilities. the deck overlooking mountains was wonderful. the staff was excellent and responsive to my requests.
the room was small. the room was not to have the maintained look of other hotels. there were no mirrors in the room.

i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, a pleasant surprise. the included breakfast offered a wide selection of items, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel's proximity to local mountain biking trails made access very easy.
The hotel's pool facilities require some attention. The sauna appears outdated.
